A graduate of the Nigerian College of Accountancy Jos Nigeria (1996) and a Certified Accountant in Nigeria( ANAN), Thomas has been Vice President Carrier Relations at Telco 214, Inc, since 2003. Having worked in the Telecoms Industry for over 11 years, he has gained a wealth of knowledge on the African Telecommunications industry. Prior to his work at Telco 214, Thomas served for 3 years as an auditor for Arthur Andersen Central Africa office in Douala Cameroon where he was exposed to the specific challenges faced by many public and private corporations in the CEMAC Region. He will later use that experience in expanding the business footprint of Telco 214 in the whole continent of Africa. Thomas has held a number of positions during this time in both business development and account management on the African and Carrier side. His work has taken Thomas to about 35 countries across the continent and open him to multilingual partnerships in the Arabic, English, French, Portuguese and Spanish speaking zones of Africa.
