Executive Bureau

The Executive Bureau (The Bureau) is the administrative organ of the CPS. It is responsible for both the day-to-day management of the CPS’s activities and developing business plans for the long term future thereof. In addition, it implements the decisions taken by the General Assembly, upon the recommendation of the Board of Trustees.

The Executive Bureau shall take initiative to play a leadership role in policy implementation. In this regard, it proposes a very detailed plan of action for approbation by the Board of Trustees.

Upon approval of the yearly plan of action by the Board of Trustees, the Executive Bureau develops and implements the strategic plan for the CPS in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.

When fully complemented, the following officers shall make up the Executive Bureau:

  • President.
  • Executive Secretary
  • Executive Assistant Secretary
  • Chief Operating Officer (COO)
  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
  • Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
  • Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)
  • General Counsel
  • Program Directors
  • Congress Director
  • Information Systems Director
